This initiative aims to broaden access to L\u2019imprimerie\u2019s specialized resources, support the development of eco-conscious artistic practices, and promote greater inclusion of racialized and Indigenous people in the visual arts.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At L\u2019imprimerie, we define an eco-conscious approach as a deep, critical, and active awareness of the interactions between humans and their environment. By integrating environmental struggles with social, economic, and political struggles, eco-consciousness makes it possible to identify relationships of domination among humans, as well as between humans and their environment. This intersectional approach values biological, cultural, and material diversity, placing social and climate justice at the heart of artistic practices. For a more comprehensive definition of this term, please consult the publication <a href=\"https:\/\/acrobat.adobe.com\/id\/urn:aaid:sc:VA6C2:5e82238f-0a43-4b44-9842-f2fbe897fc00\"><em>Print Now \u2013 Arts, Ecologies, and Communities<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Two selected artists will benefit from full access to the production facilities for a flexible two-month period between June and December 2026, a group training, six hours of personalized training, and technical support from our team. These resources are intended to support their artistic research and the development of their practices in print and photographic arts. We encourage artists to self-identify in their own words in relation to the wheel of privilege.
