Tracing 60 years of artistic production, their research offers a fresh perspective on our collection.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"342\" data-end=\"478\">During this mid-sale event, ten works will be offered exclusively through a silent auction in support of the centre\u2019s activities and mission. A unique opportunity to acquire a significant work tied to the history of print and photographic art. In recent years, she has developed a particular interest in historical and artistic archives and has been creating dissemination projects. She notably established the archival fonds of singer, storyteller, and ethnographer Michel Faubert, and more recently produced a performance highlighting the literary heritage of the Plateau. Holding a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Art History from Concordia, her approach to archives is informed by a critical perspective shaped by feminist, decolonial, intersectional, and queer studies. She is involved with L\u2019imprimerie, centre d\u2019artistes, where she contributes to the development of the collection inventory and to the realization of the project 60 years, 60 art- works. In addition to her experience with printed artworks, she has expanded her expertise at the Association des galeries d&#8217;art contemporain (AGAC), where she has contributed to the organization of its institutional archives. Each artwork is accompanied by a bid sheet where participants write their name and bid amount. Bids must follow the minimum increments indicated.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How it unfolds<\/strong><br \/>\nBidding remains open throughout the evening until the announced closing time. Participants may place as many bids as they wish before the auction closes. The artworks will be displayed in the studio, along with bid sheets. You will need to write your name, your bid, and your contact information on the sheets. Bid increments will be predetermined and indicated on the sheets. Bidding will take place from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Closing and awarding<\/strong><br \/>\nAt closing, the highest bid recorded for each artwork will be deemed the winning bid. Successful bidders will be notified on site or shortly after the event, if needed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Payment<\/strong><br \/>\nPayment must be made in full according to the indicated terms (on site or within the specified timeframe). Artworks will be released once payment has been completed. Winners will then be invited to pay for their purchase. Please pay by Interac e-Transfer or Interac card on site whenever possible.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Collecting your aquisition<\/strong><br \/>\nAs soon as payment is complete, the purchased artwork will be carefully packaged and delivered to the winners. A second pickup option will also be available: works must be picked up in person between June 16 and 18, from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM at L\u2019imprimerie, centre d\u2019artistes, as the center does not ship works. Details regarding artwork pickup will be communicated after the auction.
