Les Heures Joyeuses are back just in time for the Holidays!
Let’s gather in joy to celebrate in the studio creation with artists Courtney Clinton and Sarah Hildebrand.
You are all invited to L’imprimerie on Wednesday, December 14th, 2022 at 5 PM to attend this new edition of our famous les Heures Joyeuses festive events. In a relaxed atmosphere, Courtney Clinton and Sarah Hildebrand will present their projects from their Customized Residencies. Enjoy the evening’s double program of inspiring ideas that developed in the studio.

Courtney Clinton
August to November 2022
Courtney Clinton shares her time between Montreal and Saint-Hyacinthe, working primarily in illustration and painting. During her residency at L’imprimerie, she continues her interactive project Post(e)-monuments which invites a variety of artists from around Montreal to “write” on the landscape of our city. Her work addresses themes of peace, community and identity.

Sarah Hildebrand
October to December 2022
Originally from Switzerland and Germany, Sarah Hildebrand describes herself as a researcher, exploring the dynamics between mediums through the artist’s book, installation and performance. For many years, she has been researching themes related to history, convinced that homage is a form of recognition, a step towards healing and that art contributes to this.
