I love L’imprimerie
Get involved now by donating to a centre that gives original skills and ideas a chance to freely grow and take root. Because art begins with its making!
Print is a starting point.
A multiform object, it animates us, fascinates us, and sometimes obsesses us! For its sake, we cross the light and shade and overcome many obstacles: sanding, washing, gluing, soaking, wetting, drying, spending hours in front of a screen… We print, again and again.
Print brings us together because we need a place and many resources to print. And what a place it is! A vast space bathed in light, large work surfaces that see many colors, presses that have many stories to tell, printers that work their magic, and couches that welcome and collect the words and thoughts of the artists. Art is made patiently, step by step, every day, at L’imprimerie. One print at a time.
This year, L’imprimerie’ s annual donation campaign celebrates the team behind its services! It is these dedicated workers and their skills and knowledge that make L’imprimerie possible, innovative and long-lasting! We are proud to join forces to offer you a shared workspace that we hope is welcoming, caring and collective.
By donating to L’imprimerie, you are contributing to keep this place alive!
To enable us to maintain and improve our services, facilities and activities;
To support research and experimentation in printmaking;
To encourage us to pursue the development eco-sensitive practices in art and as a production organization;
To support a dedicated team that welcomes artists and shares its expertise with care, heart and generosity.
To support an entire community of printmaking lovers – whether traditional, analog, photographic or digital – who have made L’imprimerie their studio and their home.

Throughout the donation campaign, you will be introduced to the team of workers, a precious person at a time for highlighting their respective knowledge and nurturing a sense of belonging to L’imprimerie.
We will introduce you to each worker, as well as their love letter to L’imprimerie, printmaking and its artists.
