The project Spécimens: Des fossiles improbables is the continuation of a documentary approach which begun in 2018: a domestic archaeology led by the artist. Alternating between L’imprimerie and Argile Atelier, Josie-Anne perfected a technique of stamping and casting that allowed her to use embossed paper as a mould for ceramics. This experimentation resulted in a collection of specimens that reflect family life by giving them the appearance of vestiges.
